
Dr. Farah Imam
President
Board-certified family medicine physician with over 10 years of experience providing comprehensive primary care to underserved communities across the U.S. She earned her medical degree from Ziauddin University, Pakistan, and completed her residency training at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. Throughout her career, Dr. Imam has served disenfranchised patient populations across Chicago’s South Side, South Los Angeles, and most recently San Bernardino County, California, through federally qualified health centers. She is passionate about advancing health equity and ensuring that everyone has access to compassionate care regardless of their ability to pay. Her interests encompass global health and providing primary and preventative care for patients with difficulty accessing high-quality care in Pakistan and beyond.
